The OH Ranch
This could be one of the most unique offerings anywhere in the West. When you think of prime, spectacular western properties, you'd probably imagine an end-of-the-road masterpiece where you're in your own paradise that has a sense of exclusivity yet it's inviting, relaxing and beautiful. It would be far enough away from civilization to have quiet enjoyment, yet close enough to afford you the amenities you expect. Welcome to the OH . This gem has historical significance in the Sheridan and Big Horn area. Once home to Chief Crazy Horse and then home to Oliver Henry “Noll” Wallop and his heirs, the OH has never had a building; just the Plains Indians, the Wallop family, horses, cattle and wildlife have enjoyed it. Now it awaits your lifestyle. With just over 200 total acres, the OH, nestled in the Trabing Creek drainage and bordered by conservation easements, is as good as it gets.

Welcome to our Landscapes and Lifestyles
Welcome to the Chase Brothers Blog and the Sheridan Area. In this blog, we hope to open up a forum where topics of interest can be discussed. We’ll get things started by showcasing our beautiful area with a video “ Landscapes and Lifestyles ”. In this video, you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to live here. Maybe you already live here, or have visited for some reason (dude ranch vacation, business, etc.). Feel free to post your impressions and reflections of our area.

The Sheridan Area has many wonderful things to see and do and we think the Sheridan Lifestyle is fairly unique, which is largely due to the culture that has been established over the past 150 years by the people who live here. We’ll do our best to capture this culture and lifestyle, plus provide you with lots of useful information on all elements of living, working and life in our community.
We hope to introduce you to local institutions, professionals, attractions and events; from schools to businesses, lenders to lawyers, ranchers to dude ranches and rodeo to running events. Through this forum, we hope to help link your lifestyle to our remarkable landscapes. Whether it's a house , a ranch or large parcel of land , a 35-acre tract for a homesite, a beautiful residential building site , or a commercial investment , we can help and look forward to visiting with you to discover your needs and goals.
Have a really great day!
